Wait a second — are Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton married? That’s what new photos of the power couple are leading people to believe.
On Saturday, June 12, the pair was spotted taking a walk in a Santa Monica, CA, park. Exclusive photos obtained by Page Six show Stefani wearing a second ring alongside her engagement diamond.
In the pictures, a diamond band is visible as the singer holds a water bottle in her left hand. The stunning ring features what appears to be at least five prong-set square diamonds that encircle her finger.
And while the pair have yet to confirm any wedding news themselves, the diamond ring does appear to be new. Up until now, Gwen has only been seen wearing her engagement ring on its own.
The photos come just two days after Stefani celebrated her upcoming nuptials with an intimate bridal shower. On Thursday, June 10, she took to Instagram Stories to share scenes from the casual event, including photos of some of the gifts and cards she received.
“I got kidnapped by my family to celebrate that I’m getting married,” Stefani said, adding that she’s “feeling loved, feeling blessed.”
On Friday, the bride-to-be posted a photo of the bridal shower to her Instagram feed. “She’s getting marriiieeeeed,” text on the photos reads, leading people to now believe that the post was a teaser for a secret ceremony.
According to Page Six, Stefani and Shelton had just gotten back from Oklahoma, where he owns a ranch with a custom chapel built specifically for when they tied the knot.
“Blake built a chapel on the grounds of his Oklahoma ranch. He did it himself with help,” a source told Us Weekly. “It’s really a tribute to their love. They are going to get married in the chapel.”
And let’s not forget that Shelton previously let it slip that they planned to marry this summer. When you add up all the facts, speculation of a secret wedding doesn’t seem so far-fetched, does it?
The two singers met in 2014 as judges on NBC’s The Voice, during which they were both judges, and the unlikely couple were romantically linked in 2015. Shelton proposed to Stefani in October 2020 with a massive rectangular diamond ring.
As for whether or not the two are officially married, well, we will have to wait and see. But a big congrats if so!
