It’s not a secret that Jennifer Aniston has stayed in wonderful shape at 56, and that’s all thanks to her commitment to regular workouts, according to her personal trainer.

Thankfully, Jennifer Aniston’s personal trainer revealed secrets to how she has stayed in such incredible shape during an interview with the Daily Mail on Thursday. Dani Coleman explained that no matter how busy Aniston’s schedule gets, she always makes time to move her body.

“No matter how much time or where Jen’s schedule takes her, she always values moving her body,” Coleman said during the interview. “She understands that doing something every day, even if it’s small, is better than nothing, which is why she loves Pvolve because we have workouts of all lengths and formats.”

Coleman is the founder and VP of training at Pvolve, which focuses on strength, mobility, and stability training.

In addition to eating nutritiously, Aniston loves to break a sweat with pop music blasting, according to Coleman. “Our sessions are filled with hard work, a good playlist, and a few intermissions to play with the pups!”

The trainer affectionately called the Friends star “super woman”, saying that she always makes sure to do “full body” workouts when they manage to fit in a session.

“Jen and I train utilizing our Signature formats: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training.” The trainer added that the Morning Show star loves a challenging workout.

According to Coleman, this is Jennifer Aniston’s secret to staying in such good shape. The actress has maintained a partnership with the program since 2023. In January 2025, the actress dished out her personal 80/20 approach to health and fitness during an interview with Allure as well.

“You’ve got to live your life. No restrictions – except hard drugs,” Aniston said. “It’s the 80/20 approach.”

“Eighty percent healthy living and then 20 percent is: Go have a martini, go have your pizza and burgers and stay up late with your friends. There’s a balance.” At the time, she added that she tries to hit the gym at least four times a week “at minimum.”
