While there’s absolutely no “right way” to look in a swimsuit, societal pressures sometimes get the best of us — and celebrities are no exception. Influencers like the Kardashians have been called out for altering their bodies in photos to such a strong degree that not only are they unrecognizable, but it creates unrealistic and unhealthy standards for the young people viewing their content. However, Kourtney Kardashian isn’t afraid to show off her real body — “flaws” and all.

The 42-year-old mother of three is being celebrated for recently sharing an unedited bikini picture on the Instagram account for her lifestyle website, Poosh. The photo is taken from behind, with Kourtney’s booty dimples on full display, and links back to an article with tips from the reality star’s trainer Jesse O’hara on how to get a “rounder rear,” aka a rounder butt. “Talk about an instant butt lift,” the caption reads.

The post already has over 82,000 likes and the comment section is full of praise for the unretouched shot. “LOVE that this is unedited ? and look how fabulous she still looks ?,” one user shared. “I like the cellulite showing…that’s keeping it real girl!!!?” said another.

Of course, this isn’t the first time Kourtney has shared unedited photos with her 131 million followers. In 2019, she received similar praise for showing off her stretch marks in another swimsuit shot. Poosh shared an image of the reality star posing on the back of a boat during her European vacation, her stretch marks front and center in her sexy black swimsuit that cuts high above her hips.

“Thank you so much for not editing out your stretch marks!!” one user commented on the photo. Kourtney responded directly to the fan, saying, “I love my little my stripes.”

It’s refreshing to see that one of the Kardashian sisters seems to be keeping it real on social media. Khloe Kardashian recently received criticism for having a leaked unedited picture, in which she looked amazing by the way, scrubbed from the internet. “In truth, the pressure, constant ridicule, and judgment my entire life to be perfect and to meet other’s standards of how I should look has been too much to bear,” she said in response.
