Ashley Graham is a leading voice in the body positive movement, and most recently, she has gone viral for starting a new self-love challenge on Tiktok. Never one to shy away from celebrating the beauty of her own body, the supermodel is now encouraging other people to do the same.
It started on Tiktok, where Graham started the “self-love challenge” by posting a video of herself sharing all of the things she loves most about her body. “The strongest part of my body, the sexiest part of my body, my favorite part of my body, the most important part of my body, the part of my body I would never change,” she says in the video, during which she shows off her her legs for the strongest, eyes for the sexiest, jawline for her favorite, and smile for the most important.
As for the body part she would never change? “Everything!!” Graham types as the camera pans out to show her posing in front of a mirror. The Tiktok video ends with Graham urging fans to share what they love about their own bodies. “Okay, now your turn,” she says before the clip cuts off.

“Have you celebrated yourself today?” Graham captioned the Tiktok post, reminding her followers to show themselves some well-deserved self-love. The video has been met with an overwhelming positive response, and thousands of people flooded Graham’s comment section to share their support and appreciation.
“Thank you for being my motivation,” wrote one fan.
Graham’s original video has been viewed over 1.6 million times and has over 275,000 likes. More than 1800 people have now created their own versions, some using her original audio, with the hashtag #SelfLoveChallenge.
But this obviously isn’t the first time Graham has promoted self-love or body acceptance. She regularly shares body positive posts on Instagram, with unedited photos that show off her curves, stretch marks, cellulite, and other so-called “imperfections.”
And during her pregnancy with her first child, the mom to a now 15-month-old son named Isaac started another social media challenge after posting a photo of her naked pregnant body. As a result, women began sharing their own naked selfies, along with their own personal journeys of self-love.
This is exactly what motivates Graham to keep it real on social media. “This is why I don’t post like the ‘perfect’ Instagram photos,” she told the WSJ Magazine in February. “I keep it real and raw constantly because I want [people] to know that there are women with cellulite, with back fat, with stretch marks…. There are a lot of curvy women, plus-size women, fat women, whatever you want to call them.”
A day after starting the self-love challenge, Graham took to Instagram to share her appreciation for the overwhelming response. “I’m not crying you’re crying ? so many beautiful people have been using my sound on TikTok to celebrate their bodies,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “Take a second today to celebrate yours!”
