Hailey Bieber is known for her slim figure, especially after bouncing back from giving birth to her son Jack in August last year.

After stunning fans with a bikini photo, Bieber is back on social media posting a glimpse of her fitness routine.

While not everyone shared praise with the model, it does reflect on Bieber’s broader goals of working out and eating right to keep her figure.

Fitness Post

Hailey Bieber posted a video to her Instagram Story, working out with fitness trainer Kirsty Godso. During the workout, she does several abdominal and hip exercises while leaning between two benches.

First, Bieber does some resistance-band leg lifts, and then does some dumbbell bridges. The clip seems to be in a home gym, and Bieber is sporting some gray activewear.

She captioned the video “Saturday a** kick,” and fans quickly went to social media to discuss the video.

Fans Reactions

While the workout may have only been nine seconds long, it went viral. Thousands of comments flooded the video, centering around celebrity fitness routines and whether they apply to everyone.

Some enjoyed the video and said Hailey Bieber’s workout routine inspired them to work out themselves. One comment wrote, “Starting Monday, I’m gonna start doing hip thrusts like this.”

Other comments were not as positive, disliking the workout routine Bieber was doing and celebrity workouts as a whole.

One commenter wrote, “Whenever a celeb, especially a girl, posts something about working out, it’s the worst thing you’re ever gonna use in your life.”

Another one added, “Something that really pisses me off is that whenever a famous girl posts a workout video, it’s always the lightest weight possible.”

However, that commenter went on to say that social media influencer Sofi Maure does a good job, as she completes more intense workout routines with heavier weights.

Hailey Bieber’s Diet

Hailey Bieber’s diet is centered on home-cooked meals, pescantarianism, avoiding sugar, lots of water, and occasional cheat snacks.

During an interview with Elle, she shared a normal day in her diet. Breakfast has eggs or oatmeal, and sometimes a smoothie. Lunch may be a salad, fish, grilled veggies, or a sandwich. Dinner follows a similar pattern, with some sort of vegetable or gluten-free pasta. While she sometimes indulges in dessert, she often tries to avoid sugar.

However, water is a different story. “I think drinking a lot of water helps. I try to drink, like, a couple bottles throughout the day. I don’t know how many glasses that would amount to, but it’s important.”

As for cravings? She tries to maintain a strict diet, but while on vacation or during cravings, she doesn’t deny herself the chance to have pancakes, a cheeseburger, fries, or other sweets.

Favored Workouts

Hailey Bieber does a variety of workouts to keep her body slim and toned. While pilates and hot pilates are a go-to, she does add variation like boxing to her routine.

She does prefer pilates, though, as it is very similar to when she was a ballet dancer, and both exercises focus on elongating muscles.

Hot pilates is just a step above, and Bieber says, “I find that when you do any hot class your muscles are more pliable and you’re stretched out easier. You come out dripping in sweat and my face is like a tomato and it’s good for your skin! I love it! I’m obsessed and it’s addictive.”
