Country music star Jessie James Decker is sharing her health with social media and media outlets, and how she stays in shape alongside her family.

“Marriage Body”

In an Instagram post, Decker, who is married to former NFL wide receiver Eric Decker, shared a video squatting with a barbell in the gym.

She captioned the post with: “2026 energy! LFG💪”

The video quickly took the platform by storm, racking up over 111,000 likes. The main reason? Prioritizing a “marriage body” instead of a “revenge body.”

Decker added text to the video, writing, “Forget revenge body. How about marriage body. How about we get hotter & hotter for the person who chose us forever.”

The post has received an outpouring of love and comments from both other celebrities and fans.

Drinking Lots of Water

Jessie James Decker has several strategies to keep her “marriage body” in the best shape possible, not just with working out.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Decker shared some of her top habits to stay in the best shape mentally and physically. Her number one tip? Drinking lots of water.

“Water, water, water,” she said. “I drink water all day. I even have it next to my bed, drinking it all night.” It’s not just her who prizes hydration, either.

“My mom swears by it,” Decker added. “My mom walks miles and miles every day, drinks tons of water, and she literally looks like she’s aging backwards. We’re like Benjamin Button. We’re about to meet in the middle and look the same age here soon. She looks incredible.”

Eating at Home

Along with drinking plenty of water during the day, Jessie James Decker follows another one of her mother’s tricks. Eating “really healthy.”

“We cook everything at home. I mean, I barely go out,” she shared. “Everything I make is from scratch from home. I really think when you know what you’re putting in your body, that’s the best bet always.”

She summarized her activities into one sentence, stating: “Water, cook at home and just stay active — it’s really that simple.”

A Family Event

It’s not just her who follows this routine in her home, either.

Decker instills this mentality into her four children as well: Vivianne, Eric Jr., Forrest, and Denver. Sports, outdoor play, and pickleball are daily occurrences in the household, along with eating healthy and drinking their fill of water.

She shared with Fox News Digital that, “Vivi’s a gymnast — she’s in the gym five days a week … And little Eric is constantly doing sports. They are active … they are busy, busy, busy. They don’t sit around on iPads. They’re out there in the wildlife, barefoot and being free.”

It doesn’t matter if the family is at home or traveling; they still try to stay active as much as possible.

“We’ve done family workouts together, [and] we stay active together,” she said. “Maybe when we’re on vacation, we’re doing bike rides together, or whether it’s a football game outside or throwing the ball on the beach.”
