Jennifer Aniston is a known member of Pvolve, using their workouts to keep a toned body for years.

Now, she’s sharing her playlist picks during her routines, along with a quick 15-minute workout to keep you happy and healthy.

Aniston’s Origins with Pvolve

Jennifer Aniston’s story with Pvolve starts all the way back in 2021, when she was recovering from a back injury.

She said, “I had a friend who had already been doing Pvolve and not only did I notice her complete transformation – physically in her energy level – but she also explained that Pvolve is functional fitness that respects where your body is at and allows you to work around your current limitations.”

So, Aniston took a leap of faith and ordered the equipment for herself and started doing the workouts. She immediately fell in love.

In 2025, Aniston added in-person training to her regimen with Head Trainer Dani Coleman.

Aniston is now an ambassador of the company, working with Pvolve on product development, programming strategy, and marketing efforts.

Jen’s Express Series: Arms & Abs

Aniston’s latest Pvolve series includes some of her favorite workouts to do under 15 minutes, focusing on upper-body sculpting and deep core strength.

She shared with People that, “I’m excited to get this series out there because this is something that Dani and I came up with, because my schedule is all over the place, as is everyone’s, because we all lead very busy lives. So we came up with this series of 15-minute exercises and workouts … that you can do while you’re on a Zoom or while you’re watching TV.”

She added, “I’m always excited to keep spreading the word of Pvolve, because it’s changed my life so much in terms of my physical body and health. I’m able to be consistent, and it’s now incorporated into my day, just like drinking water, and having breakfast, lunch and dinner.”

Jen’s Express Series consists of six new, on-demand workouts by Coleman, proving that even shorter sessions can turn into lasting changes.

Jennifer Aniston’s Playlist

Along with sharing her new workout series with People, Jennifer Aniston talked about the artists and genres she loves to listen to while working out.

“I definitely go through different phases. I’m in a Pearl Jam, Foo Fighers and Nirvana phase right now. Those are all really great.”

For Aniston, “Music is everything, so if a bad song comes on, I’ll say, ‘Ooh, can we skip it? It’s not working.'” As for genres, Jennifer Aniston prizes anything from the 1980s, including Duran Duran.

As for the musical genius behind the selections? It’s her trainer, Dani Coleman.

“I’m not savvy that way, to be honest,” she adds. “Dani, she does curate mine. She makes it easy.”
