Dakota Johnson is Calvin Klein’s latest model, showing off her slim form with several daring photographs. To get there, she had some help from trainer Megan Roup.

After the photos were released, Roup took to Instagram to share exactly what she did to help Johnson prep for the camera, and that it doesn’t have to be hard workouts to achieve lasting results.

Calvin Klein released their forthcoming campaign on Monday, featuring the Fifty Shades of Grey actress as its focal point.

The videos and photos from the campaign have since gone viral on social media, all stemming from the company’s official Instagram page. Fans are flocking to the comments section, adding their praise and likes to the post.

One fan even wrote, “The best campaign in recent times! None above her! Dakota Johnson and Calvin Klein the perfect match 😻😻❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥.”

Roup’s Training Regimen

But how did Dakota Johnson get her body in tip-top shape for the Calvin Klein campaign? With help from her trainer, Megan Roup, of course.

“So many people think you have to do some extreme workout program before a campaign shoot, and I am proving time and time again that you absolutely do not to get results like this,” commented Roup in an Instagram reel.

The trainer has also worked with models Miranda Kerr and Molly Sims in the past. She then detailed how she got Dakota Johnson ready in just a few weeks.

“We followed a program on The Sculpt Society and we worked out four to six times a week,” she added.

The workouts would be both in-person and through Roup’s app, and were “no longer than 45 minutes.” They also factored in “one to two rest days a week.”

As for workouts, Roup blends “functional exercises” with “mobility,” including “curtsy squats, lunges, planks, bridges, a lot of glute work mixed in with an ankle weight, Pilates ball, band and sliders.”

This isn’t the only time that Roup has worked with Dakota Johnson. They also worked together to get Johnson prepped for her role in Madame Web.

The workouts were designed to handle long filming days, targeting different muscle groups such as the inner thighs, outer thighs, abs, arms, and glutes.

When filming became unpredicatable and they couldn’t meet in person, Dakota Johnson would complete shorter workouts sent by Roup through The Sculpt Society.

The Sculpt Society

Megan Roup is the founder of The Sculpt Society, guiding people with low-impact sculpt exercises through easy-to-follow dance cardio.

Instead of intense workouts that lead to people burning out and being inconsistent, Roup aims at keeping her clients dedicated to working out routinely.

In an interview with E! News, Roup shared, “My philosophy is more about committing to less, so that you can show up more.”

She added, “You build the habit. It doesn’t feel like you’re trapped in this never-ending cycle of needing to do hours a day. You’re going to get beautiful physical and mental results, and you’re just building it in that muscle of brushing your teeth every day.”

Many of her workouts can take as little as 10 minutes to complete, while still providing results. Her methods have drawn several celebrities, including Sabrina Carpenter, Elsa Hook, Shay Mitchell, and Miranda Kerr.

If you want to try something new, The Sculpt Society has a seven-day free trial to experience Roup’s workouts.
