
Lindsay Lohan is starting 2026 strong, revealing to her fans and followers her fitness and health routines.
Recent Instagram posts have given us a glimpse into her life as an actress, wife, and mother, and we are loving it. Her most recent snapshot is a black and white photo of her sitting cross-legged on a Reformer Pilates machine mid-workout.
The caption? “Strong body. Clear mind. Open heart. Hello new year.”

Mixing Pilates with CrossFit
Even though Lindsay Lohan was pictured on a Pilates machine, she likes to add in other workouts to her routine.
During an interview with Bustle, she dived into the topic: “I love Pilates, and I mix it with a little CrossFit. Depending on what I want to focus on, sometimes my trainer is tougher on me – which I like, but I’ll be like, ‘Oh, I have to leave early today.’ She’s like, ‘No, you don’t.’ But I love Pilates because it’s gentle but effective, and I prefer that.”
Not only does Lohan focus on Pilates and CrossFit, but she also prioritizes keeping her muscle mass as she grows older.
“Strength training is important, because, especially with age, you need to build strength more than anything. Aside from moving all the time with my son, which I consider a workout every day, Pilates is nice me-time to have.”
Her son is also a great motivator to stay fit, especially since “exercise wasn’t such a big thing in [her] generation.” Today, it’s not only a huge part of celebrities’ lives, but also of everyone else in the world, too.
New Skin and Health Routine
Beyond working out, Lohan has refined her approach to health and skincare routines. Along with posting her child, she routinely talks about her post-pregnancy lifestyle and how that affected her body.
In an interview with. The Blast, she said, “That’s what made me rethink my whole routine and diet… My skin became really sensitive.”
This has turned into an experiment with Lohan, trying to find the best combination. Her morning routine often includes eye patches, ice-cold water on her face, chia-seed water, green tea, and a homemade juice blend.
In another interview with Elle, she stated, “I’m very specific, because I’m crazy about my skin and health… I’m trying out some serums now that I’m doing – I’m testing them.”
She also visits a dermatologist, Dr. Monika Kiripolsky. While the specifics of her visits are confidential, she has experimented with treatments like lasers and Botox.
Lindsay Lohan Beauty Line
While she may be a firm believer in a makeup-less face, Lindsay Lohan is working on her very own beauty line.
She discussed the recent venture, commenting, “I am developing my own line…More along the beauty line. It’s taking a long time because I’m very specific, because I’m crazy about my skin and health.”
With a combination that features exercise, skin health, and overall wellness, her beauty line is sure to cater to all skin types and be made with ingredients that will help, not hurt, consumers’ skin.
