We’ve all heard the saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but despite that saying’s popularity, it’s not necessarily true

What you need to know is that the importance of breakfast depends on your lifestyle and whether you need to manage energy or health-related conditions in the morning. For example,  I need to have breakfast as I have chronic conditions that need a specific diet.

The reality is that many people feel great skipping breakfast, whether they’re following an intermittent fasting plan or simply prefer a coffee fix first thing. Finding what works for you is all that matters.

However, there are lots of good reasons as to why starting your day with a healthy breakfast is a positive. For instance, did you know that studies show people who enjoy breakfast often have healthier habits overall?
